There was rain in the forecast all week long.  The wedding was planned to be outdoors.  It was the last bit of stress that Rachel and Adam needed after planning a wedding in 2020 around COVID. Rachel and Adam had their big day planned awhile back (well, Rachel might have had in planned within a week or so of her engagement)!  The plans had to change pretty drastically, but that didn’t put a damper on their big day.

The day started with a gift that Adam got for Rachel. It was so thoughtful! Adam bought Rachel a new ring.  An emerald.  This is Adam’s birthstone. We loved this! Rachel was in love with it immediately. After Rachel and her Matron of Honor, Heather were done getting ready, they headed to the ceremony site.

The rain held off for Rachel and Adam. The sun even came out right as the ceremony started! It was the most perfect day! Rachel and Adam got married at Adam’s family cabin in Cumberland. The ceremony overlooked the beautiful Silver Lake.  It was a small group of 30 guests.  Being Adam is so techy, he was able to live stream the wedding on Facebook for all of their family and friends to see that were not able to attend.

Both Rachel and Adam were very relaxed all day long. The one thing we absolutely loved about this couple is their extreme kindness and the positive energy they bring. You can’t be around these two and not have a good time and smile! Rachel got the wedding of her dreams (even in the year 2020) and Adam got the best wife in the world!
